Joe Bowie is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional with 20 years of asset management and planning experience. Joe specializes in alternative investments within asset allocation for wealth management and is a retirement and estate planning expert. He helps his clients make smart choices about their money so they can enjoy the retirement they deserve.
Joe has served on the Board of Directors for the Baptist Foundation of Oklahoma, the Board of Directors of the OKC Chamber of Commerce and is past chairman of the Small Business Division. He has taught Fundamentals of Retirement Planning and Prudent Investment Management Strategies at colleges and vo-tech schools in the metro area.
Joe lives in Edmond with his wife Janet and their three sons, Jeff, Jeremy and Jared. He attends Life Church in Oklahoma City.
Randy L. Thurman, CFP®, CPA

Randy Thurman is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional with 20 years of asset management and retirement planning experience. Randy specializes in tax and investment strategies designed to help people achieve their financial goals. Frequently during the initial consultation with a prospective client, Randy has been able to demonstrate how to save in taxes and unnecessary financial expenses.
The Personal Financial Specialist credential recognizes CPAs with ample professional experience in financial planning. PFS candidates must pass a technical exam and complete 1,000 hours of business experience during the past five years and over 75 hours of life-long learning activities.
Randy is a member of the South Oklahoma City Rotary Club, Greater Oklahoma City YMCA Board of Directors, and the Oklahoma Society of CPAs. Randy holds four degrees including an MBA from Oklahoma State University. He taught Fundamentals of Investing at Oklahoma City Community College for 11 years and has conducted various money management seminars for adult education at numerous locations across the metro area.
Randy lives in South Oklahoma City with his wife Pati and their son, Levi. He attends and is actively involved in the Trinity Church of the Nazarene.
Carol Ringrose Alexander, CFP®, CDFATM, AIF®

Carol Ringrose Alexander holds the CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM professional certification and has worked as a financial advisor since 2000. She helps clients identify and achieve their financial goals.
Carol also holds the Accredited Investment FiduciaryTM and Certified Divorce Financial AnalystTM professional designations. Holders of the AIF® certification have successfully completed a specialized program on investment fiduciary standards of care and subsequently passed a comprehensive examination. The CDFATM certification requires completion of a specialized educational program in professional divorce planning offered by the Institute for Divorce Financial AnalystsTM. She is trained to evaluate the tax implications of dividing property and the settlement options for dividing pensions, marital property and awarding of child and spousal support.
Before becoming a financial advisor, Carol attained the highest certification in the field of fundraising, the Advanced Certified Fundraising Executive (ACFRE) from the Association of Fundraising Professionals. While she served as director of development for Casady School, the annual fund increased 1,050% and more than $15 million was raised through a capital campaign. In addition, she has worked with numerous nonprofit organizations as a consultant and volunteer.
She previously worked at the Presbyterian Health Foundation as director of public relations and as a reporter and columnist for The Journal Record newspaper. She received a master's degree in Spanish from Middlebury College in Vermont while studying in Madrid, Spain, and, undergraduate degrees in journalism and Spanish from Oklahoma State University.
Carol serves as treasurer of the Oklahoma City Metro Literacy Coalition and a member of the board of the Science Museum Oklahoma and Oklahoma State University College of Arts and Sciences Alumni Association. She is a member of Leadership Oklahoma City and served as chairman of the board of St. Luke's United Methodist Church in 2008 and president of Oklahoma Chapter of the Association of Fundraising Professionals in 1998.

Andrew Flinton, CFP®

Andrew Flinton currently serves as Executive Vice President and member of the Investment Policy Committee for Retirement Investment Advisors, Inc. Mr. Flinton is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNERTM who graduated from the University of Oklahoma with a degree in Economics and a minor in Communications, and has worked as a comprehensive wealth manager since 2007.
Prior to joining Retirement Investment Advisors, Andrew worked for the largest wealth management firm in the U.S. where he served as a Financial Planning Specialist, directly building and managing client portfolios. Mr. Flinton has extensive experience creating and structuring portfolios for executives, retirees, and accredited investors. Andrew's focused work is in the creation, delivery, and implementation of the firm's investment policy statement.
He specializes in the areas of investments and asset allocation, retirement distribution planning, and social security planning. Andrew has a passion for helping clients and their families make informed financial decisions.
Andrew, his wife, Courtney, and daughter, Samantha, reside in Yukon and attend Victory Church in Oklahoma City.
Chad A. Rudy, MBA

Before following his passion into a full-time financial advisory career, Chad gained extensive small business experience through founding and ownership of four start-up companies and while serving as Director for one of Texas' largest private companies.
Chad received his MBA from Jones Graduate School of Business at Rice University and received his BBA in Finance and Management Information System from the University of Oklahoma. He completed Rice University's Certified Financial Planner Education Program. Chad passed the CFP® Certification Exam and is a candidate for CFP® Certification.
Chad resides with his wife, Amy, and three daughters in Frisco, Texas where they are active members in the community.
Christine Fuller

Christine Fuller earned her Bachelor's degree in radio/television production from the University of Oklahoma and joined the firm after seven years of working in broadcast television in the Oklahoma City market.
Christine is a long-time resident of Oklahoma. She has lived in the state for approximately 25 years and currently resides in Edmond with her husband, Sean, and their three children. They are members of First Presbyterian Church of Edmond.
Kelli Davis-Bass

Kelli Davis-Bass worked in Pennsylvania as an administrative analyst for four years. She has extensive experience working with clients, especially in the area of pension administration. Kelli earned her bachelors degree in finance from Mercyhurst College in Erie, Pennsylvania. She resides in Edmond and is a member of Epiphany of the Lord Catholic Church.

Heather Misialek serves as Senior Vice President and works as Randy Thurman's assistant. Heather has worked in the financial industry since 1997. She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. She resides in Edmond with her husband and daughter and is an active member of Putnam City Christian Church.
