Heather Misialek serves as Vice President of Client Services and works as Randy Thurman's assistant. Heather has worked in the financial industry since 1997. She holds a Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Central Oklahoma. She resides in Edmond with her husband and daughter and is an active member of Putnam City Christian Church.
Erin Trusner serves as Director of Marketing for Retirement Investment Advisors, Inc. She recently earned her Bachelor's of Business Administration in Marketing from Oklahoma State University in May 2010 during which time she received the honor of having a Fortune 500 company nationally publish and utilize her marketing research survey. Erin resides in Edmond and in her spare time enjoys cooking, golfing, spending time with her fiance, Austin, and running with her German Shepherd, Chief.

Susan Ragan serves as an Operations Assistant for Retirement Investment Advisors, Inc. Her duties include electronic filing, scheduling appointments, answering phones and assisting clients. Susan resides in Northwest Oklahoma City with her husband, Dann, and their son, Kyle. She is a member of Council Road Baptist Church in Bethany where her husband serves as one of CRBC’s pastors.

Erika Lopez serves as the Client Services Assistant for Retirement Investment Advisors, Inc. Erika received her Associate's degree in Business Management from Oklahoma State University and is currently working on her Bachelor's of Business Administration in Management at the University of Central Oklahoma. Erika resides in Northwest Oklahoma City with her son, Ryan and is a member of Christ the King Church.
Dana Derrick

Dana Derrick serves as an Administrative Assistant for Retirement Investment Advisors, Inc. Her duties include welcoming clients, delegating phone calls, and assisting staff with various administrative tasks. Dana has over 20 years of experience in administrative positions and very much enjoys client interaction. She is originally from Minnesota and relocated to Oklahoma in 2005. Dana and her husband, Jim, reside in Yukon with their son, Devin, and daughter, Kendra. Her spare time is spent with family and watching her son play hockey for the Midget Major AA travel team.
